Off Season booking & cancellation conditions:
We require
credit card details at the time of booking, or a deposit to secure the
reservation.
Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to your arrival will
be charged 10% of the total accommodation fee to the credit card
provided. Cancellations made less then
48 hours prior to your arrival will be charged the full accommodation
unless we resell the unit, then 10% of your total accommodation will be
charged.
Mardi Gras booking & cancellation
conditions:
A minimum stay of
3 nights (Friday, Saturday, & Sunday). Credit card details are required
to secure the reservation and a $200 bond per unit payable at the time of
booking. We will be running a no
guest policy. Winter cancellation policy applies.
Winter booking & cancellation
conditions:
We require credit card details at the time of booking, or a deposit to
secure the reservation. A minimum stay of 2 nights applies to weekend
bookings (e.g. incorporates a Friday and/or Saturday night).
Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to arrival will be charged the
full accommodation unless we resell the unit, then 10% of your total
accommodation will be charged. All
other cancellations will be charged 10% of your total accommodation.
We do not guarantee weather or snow conditions.
There is no refund for early check outs.
