Ohakune) have recently combined into one Ski Resort that enables you to ski
both fields using a single ski pass.
In the summer season, daily trips can be made to the top of Mt Ruapehu to
see the world famous Crater Lake.
Other nearby summer attractions include tramping, the Tongariro Crossing,
mountain biking trails, kayaking trips down the Whanganui River, horse
treks, 4WD tours, golf, paintball, go-karting and scenic flights.
